Well, for one I’m not very good at writing, especially about myself.

Professionally, I’m a software developer, though I like to call myself a “Hardware Whisperer”. I like to work at that lowest layer that interacts with hardware (but not assembly level stuff). I’ve written a couple Linux Kernel drivers that got upstreamed (and more that didn’t). I like working with FPGAs as well, though I’m pretty bad at writing VHDL these days.

Personally, I like playing video games, listening to music, being outdoors, and photography. I also tinker with microcontrollers - I really like the Feather line from Adafruit.
